• Customer management tools and CRM integration
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• E-commerce and payment integrations
• Property and event management add-ons

We may update or modify the Service from time to time, including adding or removing features.

3. User Accounts

a. Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

b. Account Use

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

c. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business policies and guidelines

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for the Service will be as stated on our pricing page at the time of purchase or subscription.

b. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase as per our money-back guarantee.

c. Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

d. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties related to your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content belong to Zaple Global Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Zaple may integrate with third-party services including Meta, Razorpay, Stripe, Shopify, and others. We are not responsible for the actions, data handling, or security practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service
• Your account shows unauthorized or suspicious activity

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

a. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

b. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaple Global Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

c. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, or acts of government.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zaple Global Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

b. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dubai, U.A.E. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
