How to Create an Account on Zaple

Step 1: Visit the Signup Page

Go to app.zaple.ai/signup to begin the registration process.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

Fill in your registration information:

• Full Name: Your name or contact person's name
• Email Address: Use your business email for better deliverability
• Phone Number: Your contact number (different from WhatsApp number)
• Company Name: Your registered business name
• Password: Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters

Step 3: Verify Your Email

After submitting the form, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account.

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

Once verified, log in and complete your business profile:

• Business address and location
• Industry/sector
• Expected message volume
• Use case (marketing, support, notifications, etc.)

Step 5: Connect Your WhatsApp Number

This is where you'll link your WhatsApp Business Account:

1. Click "Connect WhatsApp" in the dashboard
2. You'll be redirected to Meta's Embedded Signup flow
3. Log in with your Facebook/Meta account
4. Create or select your Meta Business Account
5. Create or select your WhatsApp Business Account
6. Enter the phone number you want to use
7. Verify the phone number via SMS or call
8. Complete the connection process

Step 6: Create Your First Template

WhatsApp requires template messages for initiating conversations. Create your first template:

1. Go to "Templates" in the sidebar
2. Click "Create Template"
3. Choose a category (Marketing, Utility, or Authentication)
4. Write your template content
5. Submit for approval (usually takes 1-24 hours)

Step 7: Send Your First Message

Once your template is approved, you're ready to send messages:

1. Go to "Broadcasts" or "Inbox"
2. Select contacts or enter a phone number
3. Choose your approved template
4. Customize the template variables
5. Send!
