How to Create an Account on Zaple
Follow this step-by-step guide to create your Zaple account and start using WhatsApp Business API.
Step 1: Visit the Signup Page
Go to app.zaple.ai/signup to begin the registration process.
Step 2: Enter Your Details
Fill in your registration information:
- Full Name: Your name or contact person's name
- Email Address: Use your business email for better deliverability
- Phone Number: Your contact number (different from WhatsApp number)
- Company Name: Your registered business name
- Password: Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters
Step 3: Verify Your Email
After submitting the form, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account.
💡 Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
Step 4: Complete Your Profile
Once verified, log in and complete your business profile:
- Business address and location
- Industry/sector
- Expected message volume
- Use case (marketing, support, notifications, etc.)
Step 5: Connect Your WhatsApp Number
This is where you'll link your WhatsApp Business Account:
- Click "Connect WhatsApp" in the dashboard
- You'll be redirected to Meta's Embedded Signup flow
- Log in with your Facebook/Meta account
- Create or select your Meta Business Account
- Create or select your WhatsApp Business Account
- Enter the phone number you want to use
- Verify the phone number via SMS or call
- Complete the connection process

After connecting your WhatsApp number:
- 1. Your account goes through a quick review (usually instant)
- 2. You'll receive 1,000 free conversations to start
- 3. You can immediately start sending test messages
Step 6: Create Your First Template
WhatsApp requires template messages for initiating conversations. Create your first template:
- Go to "Templates" in the sidebar
- Click "Create Template"
- Choose a category (Marketing, Utility, or Authentication)
- Write your template content
- Submit for approval (usually takes 1-24 hours)
Step 7: Send Your First Message
Once your template is approved, you're ready to send messages:
- Go to "Broadcasts" or "Inbox"
- Select contacts or enter a phone number
- Choose your approved template
- Customize the template variables
- Send!
