Conversation Charge Reports

Track your WhatsApp conversation costs, analyze spending patterns, and manage your messaging budget effectively.

What is a Conversation Charge?

WhatsApp uses conversation-based pricing. You're charged per conversation (24-hour session), not per message. Charges vary by:

  • Conversation category: Marketing, Utility, Authentication, or Service
  • Country: Rates differ by recipient's country
  • Who initiates: Business-initiated vs. user-initiated
