Broadcast Performance Reports

Track and analyze your broadcast campaigns to understand what works and optimize future messages.

Accessing Broadcast Reports

  1. Go to Reports in the sidebar
  2. Select Broadcasts
  3. Choose a date range or specific broadcast

Understanding Metrics

Sent 📤

Total messages dispatched from Zaple to WhatsApp servers

Delivered

Messages successfully delivered to recipient's device (single tick)

Read ✓✓

Messages opened and viewed by recipient (blue double tick)

Replied 💬

Recipients who responded to your broadcast

Failed

Messages that couldn't be delivered

Calculating Rates

Delivery Rate

= (Delivered / Sent) × 100%

Target: >95%

Read Rate

= (Read / Delivered) × 100%

Typical range: 40-70%

Response Rate

= (Replied / Delivered) × 100%

Typical range: 5-20%

Why Messages Fail

Common failure reasons:

  • Invalid number: Number doesn't exist on WhatsApp
  • User blocked: Recipient blocked your number
  • Template rejected: Template was disapproved
  • Rate limited: Exceeded messaging limits
  • Network error: Temporary connectivity issues

💡 Tip: Export failed contacts and investigate. Remove invalid numbers from your lists to improve future performance.

Individual Broadcast Stats

Click on any broadcast to see detailed stats:

  • Real-time progress during sending
  • Breakdown by status (sent, delivered, read, failed)
  • List of failed contacts with reasons
  • Geographic distribution (if enabled)
  • Time-based engagement graph

Exporting Reports

Export your broadcast data for further analysis:

  1. Select the broadcasts or date range
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format: CSV or Excel
  4. Download includes all metrics and contact-level details
